The family chalet/cottage is on a gravel road and is quite private, yet only 1 kilometer from town.
1 minute from the Georgian Trail- Mountain bikings , Walking, cross country skiing, snow shoeing - is a pleasure on this trail which goes through the New Raven Golf Course, 8 kilometers West towards Meaford and 30 Kilometers East towards COLLINGWOOD....very picturesque.
This cottage will accommodate 2 families totalling 10 comfortably
The bedrooms are set up as follows
BEDROOM 1
IS a very large master with 1 King overlooking the water and a single to accommodate a little one if needed.
BEDROOM 2
with four singles, great for all the kids , upstairs!
BEDROOM 3
1 Queen size.
BEDROOM 4
1 Double size.
ALL BEDROOMS HAVE CEILING FANS , THE TOP BEDROOM HAS A PORTABLE AIR CONDITIONER
COOLS OFF QUICKLY ,
The outside of the cottage is log siding and the lot is gently sloping from the road to the Bay.
You can hear the waves from the master bedroom , you will fall asleep and awake to waves touching the shore.
The cottage is located in the middle of the lot and is only steps from the sandy/pebbly water front.
There is a bunkie on the property if you want to be close to nature.
and to top it off , there is a tree fort , when the young ones get bored!
there is a photo contest for the best picture of the white squirrel $100 for the winner...your kids will love this and you will see him/ her!! |
